How does it work?
It should be self-explanatory - there is just one feature that needs to be explained in detail: Whenever you receive an SMS with geo-info, you copy the message body. That has to be done within the built-in SMS app. You then switch to the GPS Tracker Tool and it will automatically check your clipboard for tracker messages and will display the position accordingly.
